Centre gave CRPF Z category security to Akal Takht Chief Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh
Taruni Gandhi, Chandigarh : Recently, the Punjab government had pruned half of the security of Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh, but in view of the situation in Punjab, the central government has provided Z category security to Akal Takht Chief Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh.
Jathedar Harpreet Singh will be provided this security by CRPF. Official orders have been issued in this regard. Six officers of Punjab Police were deployed for the security of Harpreet Singh, which was reduced to three by the Punjab Government.
Angry with the Punjab Government, Jathedar Harpreet Singh said after this decision that they are also returning the remaining 3 security personnel back to the state government. Because they do not want protection from the state government. The youth of Punjab is enough for their safety.
Now recently, the central government has deployed the central paramilitary force CRPF under their protection. Soon CRPF personnel will take over the security of Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh.
